Private Junior / Senior / Expert only. A repertoire comprised of a trapeze “canopy” style frame, a flat stationary table, and several spring-loaded attachments. It also has additional loops and attached bars covered in fuzzy cloth or padding that assists with gravity-based exercises. Good for those who want a good exercise and great photos!
Looking for fun while sweating and fixing your posture? This class will be your answer! Bounce around and challenge your muscle with our big ball class!
Tower is a Cadillac split in half, with all springs and bars similar to Cadillac. Usually for those who want to strengthen their upper back, shoulders, or have any problem related to the upper body, this repertoire is an answer to your problem.
The Reformer is a traditional piece of pilates equipment, with springs and a sliding carriage. Reformer focuses on balance, working on the overall posture with more dynamic movements, and more intense than the usual mat Pilates. Usually, the Reformer focuses on opening the hip and shoulders. This exercise is wonderful for people who have backpains or hip pains.
An essential Pilates tool that can be used to perform exercises that lengthen and strengthen the torso, shoulders, back and legs while correcting or restoring the spine’s natural curvature.
The Wunda Chair features a raised seat with a spring-loaded platform below it and to the side. This repertoire usually challenges your core and balance, not recommended for those who are beginners due to the equipment level.

Ready for a sweat-sesh session on the Reformer? This is our special, originally made program. Pilates but on cardio pace. We use dumbbells, balls, and of course, the reformer, to challenge your strength, balance, and stamina. This is a low impact cardio, made only for Lifees!
A mix between ballet and pilates. Using a long bar attached to a wall, this is a program where ballet and pilates meet! This program will use music as we will move on tempo, with weights and balls. A perfect class for those who like Pilates but also yearn to have cardio session with dancing vibe!
Ready to fly? This is a combination of strength, fun, and cardio all in one place! Using a silk cloth attached to the ceiling, this program includes having fun while challenging the overall of your muscles in your body.
