Hello, I'm Mela. Due to my previous job, I have a bad habit of sitting sideways which has changed my posture. Additionally, with an accident that injured my left leg, I was diagnosed with scoliosis which often makes my body feel unstable whenever I’m walking or simply standing, thus make me fall easily. Also, it often causes back pain which quite disturbs my everyday activities. After following and routinely doing Pilates, my back pain vanished, and I can control my balance more. Other than that, I can feel that my posture has changed for the better! All that makes me very motivated and curious to learn more and more about Pilates.
coachmelaamelnHello, let me introduce myself, my name is Sindy. I am a fresh graduate who majored in physics. Initially, I was interested in Pilates because I saw that Pilates has many principles included in physics, such as hanging movements that go against gravity. Plus, I have dreamed of having a good-looking body without being too bulky. And turns out, Pilates is the answer. After I started doing Pilates, I realized that there are more benefits from Pilates besides toning the body. Pilates also improves posture and reduces back pain, since my body is quite stiff due to being active in sports such as basketball and badminton. Since I have experienced such benefits, I want to share it with everyone.
coach.sindyHi everyone, my name is Jane. I used to work as an office worker for five years. Bad daily habits and sitting for hours in front of the computer caused bad posture and pain around my neck, shoulder and back. When I looked for a solution, I found that Pilates is the answer to relieve my daily pain. I felt significant changes after doing Pilates regularly. My pain started to disappear, which was one of the reasons why I fell in love with Pilates. Eventually, my love became passion for Pilates, which led me to pursue a career in this field.
coach.janeeHi, I'm Melisa. I am a former office worker with a favorite hobby of climbing mountains. At first, when invited to the world of Pilates, I was confused and not interested. But after feeling the constant pains vanish, (such as my knee, lower back, and shoulder pain) with Pilates sessions, my love for Pilates grew and made me want to learn even deeper. It also came with the benefit of meeting with lots of people. No computers or papers anymore!
meell.coachMy name is Milla, and my activity for the last 4 years has been working in the office world. Back then, while working in the office, I loved to try various sport activities every weekend, until finally I discovered Pilates. Originally, I was curious because it is another form of sport, which I have never tried before, thus the interest. But after learning for a while, Pilates opened so many things for me. I learned a lot about health and lifestyle, for example, simple things like bad habits can turn into diseases and injuries for our bodies. It makes me want to share more of its essence with more people, so that I can help them to change their bad habits into good habits.
coach.lamillaHello, let me introduce myself, I’m Tenni. I am a mother who used to be an office worker. Nearly every day, I felt hip and backpain after long hours of desk bound work. I accidentally stumbled upon Pilates exercises and have experienced its benefits. Both my hip and lower back pain reduced significantly, and my posture became better. It feels like Pilates has given me a new body, a healthier and more energetic one. It’s an amazing investment for my body so that I can spend my old age vibrantly with my children.
coachtenniLet me introduce myself, my name is Fitri, I am a former taekwondo athlete with a history of overtraining and being underweight. I noticed that I had a bad posture because of online lectures which I am sure was experienced by online students all over the world. This was the beginning of my journey into the world of Pilates. After doing Pilates regularly, I felt several changes. My posture became much better, my back pain disappeared, and my weight became ideal and stable. For this reason, I want to delve deeper into the world of Pilates. The other reason I'm interested in Pilates is because I've been watching TV that broadcasted exercise for women with a well-built, but slim body. I am curious to find out about a sport that focus on improving body posture but still looking beautiful. Fortunately, I got the opportunity to get to know & learn about Pilates!
coach_fitriiHi, I'm Oshin. I am already in my thirties. Back then, I often felt back pain and I used to easily bump into things and fall. I was surprised to know that my posture was the main cause of my back pain, which sometimes was really intense. That made it mandatory for me to get up on my side so that my back didn't hurt, and even at one point, I couldn’t stand straight just because of my backpain. And so I signed up for Pilates classes. I tried to do Pilates regularly. In just one month, my back pain was totally gone, my posture became so much better, and I don’t bump into things or fall easily anymore. I am astonished by its effects. From the positive changes it had on my body, I fell in love with this sport.
coach.oshinHello, I'm Karmila! At first, I often felt body aches, especially on my shoulders. It happened a lot after I graduated from school and worked in the design department. Since I sat a lot and never exercised in between my busy schedule at that time as a worker and student. However, because my body aches became more frequent, I tried to find relief without depending on medicine of sorts, which landed me on Pilates. After feeling Pilates for the first time, my body aches magically disappeared, and I learned a lot about postures and bad habits since turns out it was the reason for my constant shoulder pain! I came to realize that other than the importance of exercise, Pilates itself is the mother of all exercises which can cover both flexibility and strength, including fixing posture and healing pains.
coachkarmilaHello... my name is Gita Alma. I am someone who has a hobby and high enthusiasm for sports. I am actively involved in several sports branches and have worked at a fitness center. In my opinion, exercise is very important, because through exercise our bodies will remain fit so that we can carry out various activities well. Due to the many sports activities I engage in, the risk of injury and other problems are higher, starting from frequent back pain and even knee pain. And due to that, I have a severe lordosis posture. My job requires frequent interaction with many people, so having a good posture is essential. By practicing Pilates, my posture and injury problems have improved. That's why I love this sport.
coach.gitaalmaHi, I’m Jihan! I’ve always loved to exercise, but my Pilates journey really began when my friend, who’s also a Pilates instructor, introduced me to it. Before that, I was going to the gym, but I didn’t enjoy feeling super tired and sore afterward. Pilates totally changed that for me! It gave me a fun, effective workout that didn’t leave me in pain, and it helped me become more aware of my body. Now, I feel stronger and more energized. That’s why I became a coach — to help others reach their body goals while having a blast with Pilates!
coachjihanHello! I am Alifia. I have a hobby and enthusiasm for sports activities. I was previously a basketball athlete who suffered a knee injury. After that incident, I decided to take a break from playing basketball and look for another sport that has a lower risk of injury. Finally, I found this sport, which is Pilates. Pilates has a positive impact on my body, my injury is slowly starting to improve, and my posture has changed for the better compared to before. I'm happy to have discovered this exercise, thus I want to spread and share the positive impact that Pilates gave to everyone!
coachalifiaaHello I'm Ruby! I was drawn to Pilates initially because of my interest in body movement and the elegance of its techniques. As I began practicing, I quickly realized that it offered more than just physical exercise but it became a pathway to deeper self-awareness. With each session, I learned to listen to my body, gaining insights into its capabilities and limitations. This journey not only improved my strength and flexibility but also fostered a profound connection with myself, helping me appreciate the importance of mindful movement.

Mia
Hi! Mia here! It's been 8 years since I first dived into the Pilates World. Fascinated with the way it can rehab the human body from injuries and pain without surgical intervention, especially since both of my parents suffer from pinched nerves, backpain, shifting of the vertebra, and bad knee pain, I chose to learn deeper and to become a professional practitioner. I aim to help everyone to achieve their pain-free body, good biomechanics, and posture, especially in this modern lifetime. Because physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness!
